Riley launched his real estate career shortly after concluding his short collegiate basketball
journey, bringing the same discipline and drive from athletics into the industry. Licensed since
2018, he quickly made an impact—closing 10 transactions and $1.5 million in sales in his first
year alone. As his business grew, Riley stayed deeply engaged in the community while
developing a strong understanding of West Tennessee and its local markets.
Now a Broker with the firm, Riley consistently ranks in the top 3% of Realtors® in the area year
after year. Over the course of his career, he has exceeded $100 million in total sales volume
and successfully closed more than 300 properties. Beyond residential sales, Riley is also the
owner and operator of Volunteer Property Management, where his team oversees 200+ doors
with a hands-on, client-focused approach.
